Technical Compliance ManagerCaerphilly£45,000 - £52,000 per annum plus benefitsAs a Technical Compliance Manager, you will lead the end-to-end responsibility for ensuring the technical, legal and food safety compliance of all products destined for export to the EU and the UK domestic market. You will manage internal compliance systems, policies and procedures to meet or exceed legal and customer standards. Working cross-functionally with key internal departments and external partners. You will play a critical role in driving a culture of compliance, food safety, and continuous improvement throughout the business.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and manage all products export to the EU ensuring full compliance with legal and technical requirements.Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of internal compliance systems and procedures.Generate and maintain up to date compliance policies and standard operating procedures.Monitor and ensure adherence to emerging and existing food legislation (UK andEU), including HACCP, Supplier Quality Assurance.with technical, quality, production, NPD, commercial, marketing and procurement teams to align on compliance and food safety matters.
