This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the site maintains the highest standards of food safety, technical compliance, quality assurance, and customer audit performance.Reporting directly to the Technical leadership team, the successful candidate will lead all aspects of technical compliance across the site, managing audit activity, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with customer, retailer, legislative, and BRCGS standards.This role would suit an individual with a strong background in food manufacturing compliance, ideally within poultry or meat processing, who is confident leading audits, analysing technical data, and influencing stakeholders across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all technical compliance activities across the Coupar Angus site.Manage and coordinate all internal, customer, third-party, and regulatory audits.Act as the site expert for BRCGS Version 9 compliance and food safety management systems.Maintain and continually improve HACCP systems, leading the HACCP team and ensuring robust food safety ..... full job details .....
