In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring project documentation, asset data and compliance activities are delivered accurately on time and in line with key project milestones. You’ll work closely with design, construction, commissioning and project management teams to ensure seamless handover to the client and full compliance with programme requirements. What will your day look like… Coordinating closely with internal teams — design, construction, project management and commissioning. Managing and expediting project handovers to the client, including scheduling and tracking progress. Monitoring and reporting on documentation status throughout the project lifecycle. Administering drawing and document registers, including processing red line drawings through to As Built. Collating O&M manuals and key project documentation, including uploading to the client’s common data environment.
