Technical Compliance Coordinator

Role Purpose To support the Technical Team in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and compliance across the manufacturing site. The role will provide day-to-day technical support to the factory, ensuring compliance with BRCGS, GMP, customer and regulatory requirements, while supporting audits, investigations, supplier management and continual improvement. Technical and Compliance Support the factory with technical queries, internal audits, traceability exercises and day-to-day compliance issues. Maintain technical systems, procedures and documentation in line with BRCGS, customer and site requirements. Develop and update company procedures and specifications where required. Support GMP, hygiene and procedural audits and work closely with Production and other teams to maintain and improve site standards. Provide technical cover and support for compliance queries in the absence of the Technical Manager. Non-Conformance and Customer Support Log, investigate and support the resolution of non-conformances, customer complaints and technical issues. Liaise with customers regarding technical queries, investigations and relevant product information. Support the management of sample results, Certificates of Analysis and out-of-specification results, ensuring appropriate escalation.
