The Role • Oversee and manage the technical aspects of residential construction projects from concept to completion. • Act as the main point of contact between consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams. • Review and coordinate design information to ensure compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and technical specifications. • Manage and resolve technical challenges promptly to keep projects on track. • Conduct regular reviews of technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and practical application on-site.
