The role will combine hands-on litigation work, technical supervision, coaching and continuous improvement, ensuring that claims are handled to the highest technical standards while consistently meeting client SLAs, KPIs and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Technical Manager, Team Leaders and senior stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop technical capability across the team and ensure consistently excellent client service. Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer, with appropriate practice rights, and bring strong and current experience in Motor Recovery claims, either claimant or defendant side.
