You''ll also analyse claims trends, produce meaningful management information, contribute to service improvements and help shape the future of our claims offering.As a senior technical leader, you''ll mentor and coach colleagues, raise technical capability across the team and play an important role in developing best practice, supporting succession planning and driving continuous improvement.
