This is a senior, hands-on role combining technical claims expertise, people leadership, and operational oversight. The Role of Technical Claims Manager As Technical Claims Manager, you''ll lead a team of Claims Advisers responsible for assessing and authorising claims. You''ll also share responsibility for wider operational performance, complaints handling, and continuous improvement across the business.
