Responsibilities of the Technical Lead: • Lead the handling of high-value and complex claims, providing technical direction and oversight throughout the claims process. • Interpret policy coverage, liability and quantum to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. • Develop and implement effective claims strategies, including the management of litigated claims where required. • Act as the technical escalation point for complex or contentious claims. • Build trusted relationships with key clients, providing strategic claims advice and support. • Attend client meetings and critical incidents, offering expert guidance from the outset of a claim. • Lead negotiations with insurers, loss adjusters and legal representatives to secure favourable claim settlements. • Analyse claims ..... full job details .....
