Technical Centre/Field EngineerLocation: Rushden, NorthamptonshireContract: ContractRate: £160.50 per day (Inside IR35)We are seeking a Technical Centre/Field Engineer to support a busy operational environment based in Rushden. This role combines Technical Centre responsibilities with field-based support across the MK and NN postcode areas.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out technical repairs and fault resolution.Perform device builds, re-imaging and configuration activities.Support warehouse and asset management operations.Assist with network-related tasks and technical administration.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Provide onsite field support to customer locations across the MK, NN and surrounding areas.Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to service levels and operational procedures.Skills andamp; Experience RequiredPrevious experience in an IT support, field engineering or technical centre environment.Experience with hardware troubleshooting, device imaging and deployment.Good understanding of desktop, laptop and peripheral support.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region.Additional InformationBased primarily at the Rushden Technical Centre.Approximately 70% of time spent within the Technical Centre and 30% supporting field-based activities.Immediate start available.If you have a strong technical background ..... full job details .....
