Working within a supportive and professional environment, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing equipment breakdowns or service issues. The Role As a Technical Catering Engineer, you will provide telephone-based technical support to customers, helping to diagnose faults and resolve issues remotely wherever possible. Where a repair cannot be completed over the phone, you will arrange for an engineer to attend site. The role is mainly office based; however, there may be occasional visits to customer sites when additional support is required. A company vehicle will be provided for any site visits.
