You will manage technical and financial data, coordinate with contractors, and ensure that all maintenance activities align with health and safety regulations while leveraging property management software to improve service delivery. The primary duties of the Technical Business Support Officer in Oxfordshire include: Key Responsibilities Systems Management: Administer property management systems to track reactive and planned maintenance where required. Document Control and Information Management: Managing the input and progression of digital project information, including technical drawings, RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and contracts. Compliance Oversight: Monitor and record statutory testing, including Fire Safety, Gas and Electrical (EICR) certifications where required. Contractor Coordination Managing work orders, variations CVR s.
