Technical Business Support Officer Oxford Full-Time Temp or Temp to Perm We''re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Technical Business Support Officer to join their Property Services team. This is a varied role combining technical administration,data management,contractor coordination and financial support within a busy property maintenance environment. Key Responsibilities Administer property management systems for reactive and planned maintenance Manage technical documentation including drawings,RAMS and contracts Monitor statutory compliance,including fire,gas and electrical testing Coordinate contractors,work orders and variations Process maintenance claims and invoices and monitor repair costs Produce reports on maintenance activity and contractor performance Liaise with clients,architects and contractors to resolve technical queries Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes through technology and AI-driven solutions About You Strong knowledge of property management systems and Microsoft Office,particularly Excel An understanding of property maintenance and building safety legislation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly An NVQ/City and Guilds in building maintenance or relevant business administration qualification would be highly desirable If you''re an organised,technically minded professional looking for a varied role within Property Services,we''d ..... full job details .....
