Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Salary: £35,646 £39,469 per annum Location: Lyndhurst, New Forest (Hybrid Working) Role Purpose We re looking for a proactive and analytical Technical Business Analyst to help drive the digital transformation. You ll work with stakeholders and technical teams to turn business needs into effective, data-driven solutions that deliver real value for our communities. Key Responsibilities Analyse and document business processes, systems, and requirements. Define success measures and ensure solutions deliver measurable value. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital improvement. Develop and present clear business cases for projects. Support solution design, technical configuration, and implementation. Track progress and report on key deliverables. About You Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement. Experience in business analysis and digital transformation. Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
