Technical Business AnalystLocation: Radstock - hybridSalary: Up to £50,000Working Pattern: Full-timeInitial Training: Office-based for the first 6-8 weeks, followed by typically 2-3 days per week in the Radstock officeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a small, collaborative project team and play a key role in analysing business problems, understanding complex internal systems and helping shape effective technical solutions.This is not a traditional BA role. You will work across a range of bespoke internal systems, acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be expected to get underneath a problem, challenge assumptions, identify gaps and translate business needs into clear, practical and deliverable solutions.The successful candidate will be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and will have the analytical ability to understand how systems work, how processes operate and where improvements can be made.Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.Analyse business problems and translate them into clear technical requirements and proposed solutions.Work closely with stakeholders to understand the underlying problem rather than simply documenting stated requirements.Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, assumptions and potential impacts across systems and processes.Analyse and document as-is and to-be processes, ..... full job details .....
