Technical Business Analyst - AI and Automation Salary: Up to 61,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, 12-month FTC, with possibility of extension Location: London - hybrid working, two days a week in the office Our prestigious client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a growing AI and automation programme within a complex enterprise systems environment. Working alongside business stakeholders, product owners and engineers, you''ll help shape solutions spanning AI agents, systems integration and process automation. The programme is supported by a cloud-native Microsoft Azure platform, offering the opportunity to work on projects that improve everyday operations through practical uses of technology. This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand business challenges, engage confidently in technical discussions and translate requirements into clear specifications. You''ll stay involved from initial discovery through to delivery and ongoing improvement. The role Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand business needs, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for automation. Map current and future processes, highlighting manual steps, inefficiencies and the impact of proposed changes. Capture, document and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements, producing clear briefs for engineering teams.
