This Technical Business Analyst contract sits in a team creating airline operations software, the systems that help airlines load aircraft, calculate weight and balance and get every flight away safely and on time.You''ll work in Agile product teams alongside Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, Engineers and airline customers, with a real say in how a complex set of connected products behaves. The role is properly technical: you''ll read OpenAPI specifications, query databases and contribute to solution design, using Jira, Confluence and GitHub. It''s a 12 month contract, hybrid with half your time on site in Hounslow, and AI-assisted tools are part of everyday analysis.What You''ll Be DoingRefining business requirements and customer workflows into user stories, business rules, process flows, acceptance criteria and functional specificationsAnalysing APIs, integrations, data flows and system interactions across interconnected products, reading Swagger and OpenAPI specificationsWriting and running database queries to investigate data, validate behaviour and support analysisContributing to solution design alongside Architects and EngineersValidating requirements and solution designs with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, Engineers, domain ..... full job details .....
