Technical Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office) Salary: Up to £60,000 + 15% discretionary bonus + benefits The Opportunity We are seeking a technical business analyst to join a growing transformation and technology consulting team. This role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams, and driving business and digital transformation initiatives from discovery through to implementation. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and discovery sessions. Create process maps, user journeys, business workflows and future-state operating models. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery-ready documentation. Perform business process analysis, gap assessments and impact analysis. Work closely with product owners, project managers, architects, developers and QA teams throughout the delivery life cycle. Support digital transformation, process improvement and technology implementation initiatives. Assist with testing, business readiness, change management and user adoption activities. Produce clear and concise presentations, reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
