Technical AuthorContract; Inside IR35Nuclear, Reading; 2 days on site per weekWe''re looking for an experienced Technical Author to support engineering projects within a highly regulated nuclear environment.What''s in it for you• £45 per hour; inside IR35• Long term contract on a major nuclear programme• Exposure to highly regulated, high value engineering work• Opportunity to obtain SC and DV clearanceWhat will you be doing?• Produce and manage engineering documentation; permits, RAMS, procedures and work packs• Act as the link between design and site teams; ensuring documentation reflects site activity• Translate engineering drawings and technical input into clear, usable documentation• Support commissioning and installation teams with accurate, compliant documentation• Ensure all documentation meets nuclear safety and regulatory standards• Maintain document control; versioning, indexing and audit readinessWhere will you be doing it?You will be based in Reading, supporting critical nuclear infrastructure projects within a highly regulated environment.
