Technical Author / Contract Editor - Major Water Infrastructure ProgrammeContract Length: 12-month rolling contract. Location: Hybrid working - 2 days per week in Kings Cross, London or Peterborough. Rate: 400- 500 per dayAbout the OpportunityWe are supporting a major UK water infrastructure programme seeking an experienced Technical Author / Contract Editor to support the development of critical contract, procurement and technical documentation across a portfolio of nationally significant capital projects. This role will play a key part in ensuring complex technical, commercial and contractual information is translated into clear, consistent and high-quality documentation. Working closely with engineering, procurement, commercial and legal stakeholders, you will be responsible for producing, reviewing and maintaining documentation that supports the successful procurement and delivery of major infrastructure works. This opportunity would suit an experienced Technical Author, Contract Editor, Technical Writer or Bid Documentation Specialist who enjoys working with complex information and has a keen eye for detail, structure and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, edit and maintain high-quality contract and procurement documentation for major infrastructure projects.Review technical, commercial and procurement documents to ensure consistency, accuracy and clarity.Support the development of NEC4-based contract documentation, scopes of work, technical specifications and ..... full job details .....
