      <description>Location: Chelmsford | Salary: &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Permanent | Technical Associate   to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary  -50,000  .  Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6:00pm with 1 hybrid day.     The role is suited to a candidate with a proven track record of managing and delivering working drawings for housing developers, HA''s, Contractors and SME''s, either from within an architect''s office or within a housing developer/contractor.
