Technical AssistantFood Manufacturing LondonWe''re working with a food manufacturer to recruit a Technical Assistant into their Quality and Technical team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with QA, QC or Technical experience within food manufacturing who is looking to broaden their exposure across food safety, quality systems, auditing and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The Role- Carry out GMP, fabrication and internal audits across the site.- Support microbiological sampling, swabbing and quality testing activities.- Assist with customer complaint investigations and corrective actions.- Complete CCP verification and validation activities.- Review production paperwork and report non-conformances.- Conduct traceability exercises, temperature audits and quality checks.- Support supplier quality activities and raw material assessment.- Coach and support operational teams on quality standards and best practice.About You- Experience within a QA, QC or Technical role in food manufacturing.- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety requirements.- Experience working within a Quality Management System.- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.- Confidence working closely with production and operational teams.- Food Science, Food Technology or a related qualification would be advantageous.Salary: Up to 36,000 + potential bonusLocation: LondonShift Pattern: Flexible rota across Monday to Saturday.Please reach out on ..... full job details .....
