      <description>Location: Bristol | Salary: 25000.00-25000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Technical Assistant Technical Assistant / Administrator. A Bristol based contact centre business require a Technical Assistant to join the team. The Technical Assistant / Administrator will provide first line technical assistance and troubleshooting advice to calling agents when requested, carry out a daily reconciliation check for missing calls and add these to the company database to maintain accuracy, and help the technical team with other administrative tasks as required. The Technical Assistant / Administrator responsibilities:  Monitor the Tech Support message board to provide advice and support to any callers experiencing technical issues preventing them from working.
