This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in fresh produce technical, with exposure to both UK and global supply chains.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a key point of contact for suppliers on technical and compliance mattersMaintain and review supplier documentation, including specifications, HACCP and audit reportsEnsure all supplier information meets customer and legal requirementsSupport the approval and ongoing monitoring of suppliersAssist with due diligence, traceability and product integrity processesWork closely with growers and packhouses to resolve quality or compliance issuesSupport customer technical queries and retailer requirements where neededMaintain internal systems and databases with accurate, up-to-date informationAbout YouExperience in a technical or quality role within fresh produceUnderstanding of food safety, fresh produce, quality systems and supplier assuranceConfident communicating with fresh produce suppliers and building strong working relationshipsHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable managing ..... full job details .....
