A growing, forward-thinking organisation operating within the AI and emerging technology space is seeking a motivated Technical Assistant to support its expanding technical team.

This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career who is eager to develop within an AI-driven environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge tools, support senior technical leaders, and contribute to a fast-paced, innovation-led team.


Role Overview

As a Technical Assistant, you will support the Senior Technical team across a range of tasks, combining technical assistance with creative and research-based responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting AI-driven projects, assisting with video production, and providing internal technical support across the business.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational experience in AI technologies, content production, and IT support, while working collaboratively within a growing and ambitious technical team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Technical team with day-to-day tasks and project requirements
  • Assist with video editing using AI generative tools and Adobe Premiere
  • Conduct research into AI models and emerging technologies to support ongoing projects
  • Provide 1st line IT support to internal team members, troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Contribute to the development and execution of AI-driven workflows and processes
  • Assist with general technical tasks as required by the Head of Technical Services
  • Maintain a professional and diligent approach to all assigned work
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Google Flow, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Practical experience or strong interest in AI tools and technologies
  • Basic understanding of data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and deployment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-moving field
