This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in FMCG within a supportive, experienced technical environment.The RoleAs a Technical Assistant, you will support the site''s Technical and Compliance teams in maintaining the highest standards of food safety, legality, quality, and customer compliance. You will play a key role in audits, investigations, reporting, training support, and customer-facing technical activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport investigations, root cause analysis, KPI and incident reportingMaintain technical data, trend analysis, presentations, and dashboardsPrepare for customer, retailer, and certification audits and visitsManage and maintain risk assessment schedules (environmental testing, calibration, raw material testing)Support internal audits and food safety management systemsLog, trend, and report customer complaintsMaintain customer Codes of Practice and document control librariesManage traceability schedules and documentationPrepare customer KPI reports and technical presentationsSupport taste panels, benchmarking, and end-of-life samplingRaise purchase orders and track technical spendSupport ad-hoc technical and compliance ..... full job details .....
