Technical Architect with deep Workday expertise

to join a growing consultancy team. You’ll play a key role in designing and optimising Workday integrations and data/reporting architectures, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs.This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll get to influence major transformation programmes and help organisations get the very best out of their Workday investments.What you’ll be doing:Lead Workday integration design and technical architecture, ensuring scalability and compliance with best practices.Shape and deliver data and reporting solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.Provide technical governance, oversight, and quality assurance through implementation and go-live.Champion enterprise architecture principles, security, and performance standards.What we’re looking for:Proven background as a Technical/Solution Architect in
