Work with digital, architecture, platform and technical governance stakeholders to understand existing technical constraints, opportunities, dependencies and assurance requirements. Identify technical dependencies that must be resolved during Alpha, including access, environments, cloud platforms, interfaces, data availability and delivery capability. Support exploration of whether and where a digital service is the appropriate delivery vehicle, including what should be prototyped, simulated, manually tested or technically implemented during Alpha.
