Technical Applications AnalystLocation: Windsor - 5 Days On-SiteSalary: 35-45k + BenefitsType: PermanentNo Sponsorship AvailableThe Role:We are looking for a technically minded Applications and Integration Analyst to support, improve and develop our business critical applications and connected systems. This role would suit someone with approximately 2 to 4 years of commercial technology experience who enjoys working across applications, integrations and software delivery. You will work closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, support releases and help ensure systems are reliable, well connected and continually improving.Key Responsibilities:Support and improve CRM and other business-critical applications.Work across connected systems, helping to develop, maintain and troubleshoot integrations.Support API-based integrations and the exchange of data between applications.Work directly with developers to investigate issues and deliver system enhancements.Gather and document technical and business requirements.Help translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams.Coordinate and support user acceptance testing.Assist with application releases, deployments and post-release checks.Use SQL to investigate data, resolve issues and support reporting requirements.Work with JSON payloads and API responses to diagnose integration problems.Identify opportunities to improve application performance, usability and business ..... full job details .....
