They take great pride in their customer-centric approach, offering reliable lead times, responsive service, and end-to-end support to meet the demanding needs.Job Role Technical and Quality ManagerReporting to the Divisional Manager you shall be responsible for all Technical/Quality aspects of the Division, developing processes and building relationships to enable you to provide a first-rate service to all your stakeholders.Duties Technical and Quality Manager Champion best practise to develop and improve the companies internal processes.Review and follow through Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) of NCRs related to division.Support the Technical and Quality team during external audits including customer related audits in areas specific to the VSM departments remit.Support and develop the other direct reports in the QandT team and conduct PDRS for direct reports.Carry out internal audits and help maintain the audit schedule Carry out external audits on suppliers and sub-contractors to maintain the AVLSupport customers and sales staff during technical queries and support them ..... full job details .....
