Technical and Design Co-Ordinator

We’re hiring and looking for a Technical & Design Co-ordinator to join our team. You’ll lead the creation and approval of product samples for the defence market, helping us secure top technical scores in tender bids.

What You’ll Do

• Manage sample development from concept to approval.
• Interpret tender documents and guide manufacturing teams.
• Create garment specifications, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.
• Research market trends and competitor designs.
• Source fabrics, trims, and packaging for samples.
• Ensure quality standards are met and submissions are on time.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in apparel/textiles technical design.
• CAD proficiency and garment spec expertise.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Detail-driven with a passion for quality and innovation.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of garment design, tailoring, or manufacturing processes.
• Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, Clo3D, Browzwear).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion or Textile Design.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Background in garment technology or quality control.
