Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical and Compliance Manager to play a key role in ensuring products meet all technical, quality, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business based in Bradford where you''ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain the highest standards of product compliance and quality.Key Responsibilities Manage all technical and compliance requirements across the product range.Ensure products comply with UK and international safety standards and legislation.Liaise with suppliers to obtain and maintain technical files, certifications, test reports and declarations of conformity.Coordinate product testing and certification where required.Monitor supplier compliance and resolve technical or quality issues.Support new product development by ensuring compliance requirements are met from concept through to launch.Work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate product information.Conduct supplier performance and compliance reviews.Keep up to date with changes in legislation and industry standards.Assist with quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
