This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who thrives on pace, owns their work end-to-end, and takes genuine pride in engineering things properly. The Role you''ll take ownership of multiple technical initiatives running concurrently, leading everything from requirements capture and high-level design through to build, testing and handover into BAU. you''ll work closely with the Head of Architecture and a small team of engineers, and you''ll be equally comfortable rolling your sleeves up to solve a complex technical problem as you are presenting a trade-off decision to a business stakeholder.
