Technical and Aftermarket Manager

Overview

Technical and Aftermarket Manager - Oslo - Heavy Plant. We are exclusively working with LiuGong Europe who are growing rapidly and we’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Dealer Manager to lead their aftersales service operations in Norway. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and developing dealer service capabilities.Responsibilities

Build and maintain dealer relationshipsCoordinate warranty processes, claim approvals, and follow-up resolutions, overseeing where requiredProvide technical support and guidance to dealers where requiredImplementing and managing dealer processesTrain dealer service team on diagnostics, repairs, and LiuGong systemsWork closely with the European Parts, Product Support, and Technical teamsVisit dealers and key accounts to assess service quality and provide hands-on supportDrive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service efficiencyIdeal candidate

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in aftersales or service management within the automotive, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment sectorsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesDemonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceProven ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teamsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, repair processes, and OEM service protocolsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related fieldWilling to travel across Norway and Scandinavia frequently, including overnight stays, when necessary, to support dealer network and address aftersales issues onsiteFluent in Norwegian and English, additional Scandinavian languages are advantageousWhat’s on offer
