Technical Advisor, COE 5 - Pressure Control Equipment

Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Technical Advisor within the Centre of Excellence (COE 5), you will provide advanced technical support for NOV Pressure Control Equipment and act as an escalation point for complex issues requiring deeper technical analysis, continuity, and coordination.Working from our Forfar location, you will support internal stakeholders and external customers across NOV''s global installed base. The environment can be fast-paced and high-stakes, particularly when technical issues affect or potentially affect customer operations. Success therefore requires strong technical judgement, structured problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to remain effective under pressure.This is a collaborative role with individual ownership of escalated technical cases. You will work closely with subject matter experts, Technical Advisors, Technical Leaders, Product Engineering, service teams, and other specialists to progress issues through to resolution.
