Technical AdministratorLocation: DerbyshireSalary: 32,076 per annumContract: PermanentDepartment: Customer Service / Site OperationsSector: Engineering / Automation / IntralogisticsWe are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join a permanent team in the Nottingham area.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who has worked within an engineering, technical, manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environment and is looking for a varied site-based role.The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to the site engineering team, while also taking responsibility for spare parts, stock control, workshop and stores organisation, purchasing and customer communication.The RoleAs a Technical Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting the engineering team with day-to-day administration and ensuring the workshop, stores and spare parts functions operate efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrationSupport holiday and time recording processes.Liaise with HR regarding employment and payroll queries.Assist with payroll amendments.Support resource management, including overtime and shift cover.Assist with continuous improvement quotations.Carry out invoice checks using SAP.Support third-party contracts, renewals and associated documentation.Maintain site training matrices and records.Provide customer updates when required.Prepare quotations, ..... full job details .....
