Môrwell Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join a highly successful and growing organisation in Cwmbran. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established client who are recognised for delivering large-scale building projects.
You’ll be joining a small, supportive team of three within the Contracts function, while also being part of a wider department of around 20 people.
The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in providing administrative and project support to ensure building projects run smoothly and are on schedule.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and monitoring projects from enquiry/quote stage through to delivery.
- Liaising with builders, builders’ merchants, and colleagues to keep project planners and Gantt charts updated.
- Logging enquiries and booking them into the system.
- Preparing and typing up quotes, with accurate data input.
- Following up on the status of quotes and providing updates to the team.
- Ensuring timelines are tracked and communicated clearly across teams.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident, assertive, and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable liaising with colleagues, contractors, and external suppliers.
- Detail-oriented with strong administration skills.
- Proactive in keeping on top of project timescales and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
- Strong Excel skills are vital for this role.
