A leading noise control specialist is looking for a TECHNICAL ACOUSTIC SALES ENGINEER / ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT to join its team in Reading. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious acoustics professional to combine technical expertise, client-facing consultancy, and business development, with a clear route to senior responsibility as the company evolves.

As a TECHNICAL ACOUSTIC SALES ENGINEER / ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT, you will be delivering noise control solutions, supporting acoustic assessments, and managing client relationships across a wide range of projects. You will also contribute to proposals and sales activities, helping drive growth as part of a long-term succession plan.

We are seeking a TECHNICAL ACOUSTIC SALES ENGINEER / ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT with:

• Degree in Acoustics, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in a noise control company or acoustic consultancy

• Strong understanding of both theoretical acoustics and practical noise control solutions

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• IOA membership (desirable)

• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Reading
