Overview

We seek an experienced Technical Account Manager who has a background in telephony and networking to join our client based in Reading. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office each week.This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Account Manager. You\''ll be supporting a key customer, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field.The Technical Account Manager will have a background in the telecommunications industry with core network experience. Any prior experience of working in the security sector would be welcome. We\''re expecting the Technical Account Manager to be able to work as a Pre / Post Sales resource for the team, providing excellent service to the customer.The Company

The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:Telecommunications background with core network experienceA good understanding and prior experience of lawful interceptionExperience covering 1st-4th line network support / a technical background within networkingEligible for UK Security ClearanceTechnical account and project management experience, with pre and post sales experience would also be advantageousThe list above is important, but not as important as hiring the right person!
