Experience in a technical, client-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success, etc.).Strong technical knowledge across areas such as cloud, SaaS, networking, cybersecurity, or business applications.Exceptional communication skills – you can make the complex simple.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.Comfortable with tools like CRM, ticketing systems, and productivity platforms.Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.What’s in It for You?
