Technical Account Manager - MDM Sales

Technical Account Manager - Enterprise Mobility Solutions/Mobile Device Management We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong sales capabilities to lead both the technical delivery and commercial growth of enterprise mobility solutions (primarily MDM/EMM platforms). The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise with on-premise deployments and also excels at building long-term customer relationships that drive revenue. This role will manage the full customer life cycle-from technical onboarding to commercial upsell and renewal strategy. Essential - 5-10 years of experience in technical account management, solution engineering, or sales engineering Proven track record in MDM/EMM solution delivery and account expansion or renewal sales Hands-on experience with on-premise enterprise deployments Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills Experience managing enterprise/public sector customers with complex procurement processes Ability to bridge business goals with technical execution KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Technical Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end technical life cycle of MDM solution deployments Act as the technical point of contact for key public sector, healthcare, and enterprise accounts Support solution design, integration planning, and deployment oversight (on-premise) Conduct solution workshops, technical QBRs, and security architecture reviews - Sales Responsibilities: Own revenue growth within assigned accounts (expansion, ..... full job details .....
