Overview:
Our client, a highly reputable and leading technology provider is hiring a Technical Account Manager who has previously worked within an MSP / Consultancy environment. The chosen TAM will have experience engaging with enterprise clients, managing client contracts and upselling a broad range of technical products within a proven technology focussed corporation.

Our client is offering a basic salary up to -60,000 circa plus commission to be based in Kent two times per week with occasional travel to client sites around the South East.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth within the financial sector.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in financial institutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Utilise networking knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for implementing and optimizing networking solutions for clients.
• Collaborate closely with partners sales team to enable them to generate new leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors'' activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.

• Strong experience as an Technical Account Manager working within an MSP or Consultancy environment is a must have.
• Good understanding of financial/Insurance industry dynamics, regulations, and challenges faced by financial institutions.
• Knowledge and understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, including LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and security.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing key accounts.
