This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in intruder alarms, CCTV and access control who wants to develop their career in account management while continuing to use their technical expertise.You''ll be the technical point of contact for existing customers, building long-term relationships, advising on solutions and ensuring projects and service requirements are delivered to a high standard.The RoleWorking from the company''s office, you''ll support an established customer base by providing technical advice, managing client accounts and liaising with engineers and internal teams to ensure the best possible service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with existing customers.Provide technical guidance on fire and security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV and access control.Prepare quotations and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure work is planned and completed efficiently.Manage ..... full job details .....
