We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer within the marine sector for a Technical Account Executive to support a specialist range of high-performance products supplied to racing yachts, superyachts and marine professionals worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business, managing customer relationships across the UK, Europe and international markets, while playing a key role in the delivery of technically specified projects from enquiry through to completion. The Role Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be the primary commercial and technical point of contact for a portfolio of marine customers. Working closely with internal planning, production and customer service teams, you will manage projects from initial enquiry through quotation, order processing and final delivery. Key responsibilities include:Managing day-to-day relationships with marine customers across global markets.Responding to enquiries and producing accurate quotations within agreed timescales.Supporting customers with technical product selection and project specifications.Managing the full order lifecycle, from enquiry and quotation through to production, dispatch and after-sales support.Tracking projects to ensure timely delivery and proactively communicating updates to customers.Working ..... full job details .....
