Staff get Real Time visibility of every automated interaction and the actions the AI suggests.The aim is simple: make it easier for patients to get through and reduce waiting times, while lowering the administrative load on healthcare providers.The roleThe client needs an experienced Technical Architect for a focused 10-day engagement on the AWS telephony layer behind its AI voice platform. You will assess the current architecture, design the target state for scale, resilience and compliance, and leave the engineering team with clear designs and a roadmap they can deliver against.This is a hands-on, fixed-term assignment.
