Tech Lead

Role Summary Experienced Functional Consultant responsible for supporting and delivering Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) implementations across domestic, regional, and cross-border payment schemes. The role requires strong payments domain knowledge, practical understanding of ISO 20022 message standards, and the ability to work closely with business, technology, product, and client stakeholders with minimal supervision. The consultant will be expected to translate business requirements into functional solutions, support configuration and validation activities, prepare implementation documentation, and contribute to high-quality delivery across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead and support functional activities for Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout. Analyse business requirements related to payment processing, clearing, settlement, exception handling, cut-off management, charges, routing, repair queues, and operational workflows. Work on payment schemes and rails including SWIFT, SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Instant, TARGET2/T2, and related clearing interfaces. Apply ISO 20022 message standards including pain, pacs, and camt messages, and support message mapping, validation, and exception analysis. Conduct requirement workshops, functional walkthroughs, solution discussions, and gap analysis sessions with client business and IT stakeholders.
