You''ll remain heavily involved in designing, coding, testing and reviewing production software while influencing architecture, technical direction and engineering standards.AI is central to the role. You''ll work hands-on with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows and AI-enabled services, taking ideas from rapid experimentation through to secure, reliable production systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, prototype and ship production software across the lending platform.Build AI-powered products using LLMs, RAG, agents and model APIs.Develop AI tools for brokers and underwriters, including decision support and workflow automation.Shape architecture and technical direction through practical experimentation.Build scalable, secure APIs, web applications and AWS cloud-native services.Establish approaches to AI evaluation, observability, safety and cost management.Raise engineering ..... full job details .....
