We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join a growing tech team that’s building products used daily by millions across the UK and beyond. The solutions you’ll help shape are scaling fast and expanding into new markets, so this is a great chance to step into a role where your work really makes an impact.

This isn’t just a coding job — you’ll be leading from the front, guiding a team of talented developers while still getting hands-on with modern tech.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and evolving cloud-first applications in .NET (C#) on Azure

• Driving DevOps best practices and continuous improvement across the team

• Leading projects while contributing across the stack

• Working closely with your squad to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in .NET (latest versions preferred) and C#

• Solid experience with SQL Server and handling data at scale

• Azure cloud expertise

• Exposure to front-end or mobile tech (React Native would be ideal)

• A leader who enjoys collaborating and bringing the best out of a team
