After 30 years in the sector they have carved out a fantastic reputation for quality and providing the very best service to their clients. They are now looking for a Tech Bar Specialist to work with one of their clients on a contract basis. As previously stated, SC Clearance is essential for this role and I cannot accept any applications from candidates who do not have live SC Clearance. Responsibilities As a Tech Bar Senior Specialist, you will provide hands-on support in a busy onsite environment, resolving complex user, device and application issues while acting as a senior escalation point for colleagues. You will help deliver a high-confidence walk-up service where ownership, communication and first-time-fix matter. Furthermore, you will: Provide advanced walk-up and deskside support across Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, identity, access, applications, networking and peripherals.Investigate and resolve complex incidents and requests, escalating to specialist resolver teams with clear evidence when required.Support VIP and senior stakeholders, maintaining calm ownership and timely communication during priority issues.Build, ..... full job details .....
