This is a short-term, outside IR35 contract offering flexibility and remote working. The Project The successful contractor will lead/support the migration of Microsoft Teams Telephony to Zoom Phone across approximately 1,000 users, spanning four global regions. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused engagement requiring strong technical expertise in both platforms and experience managing multi-region rollouts. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute migration of telephony services from Microsoft Teams to Zoom Phone Coordinate rollout across four regions, ensuring minimal disruption to -1,000 end users Manage number porting, call routing, and configuration across both platforms Liaise with regional stakeholders and IT teams to align on migration schedules Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during cutover Provide documentation and handover materials as required Candidate Requirements Proven experience migrating or integrating Microsoft Teams Telephony and Zoom Phone Experience with global/multi-region UC deployments ..... full job details .....
